Life Coffee Cafes Ltd (LCCL) was a corporate franchise of Costa Ltd. Formed in 2004 by Mark Upton, it was a principal UK Franchisee for out of town retail, leisure park locations and non-motorway roadside sites with 18 stores across the South East and South West of England – it was sold back to Whitbread for circa £12m back in 2015.
