Mziuri Gardens: A Unique Mix of Sea and Mountain Air for Your Complete Relaxation

“In the Makhinjauri resort, near the Batumi Botanical Garden, by the sea, multifunctional residential complex Mziuri Gardens is being built,” she tells us. “Its recreational space covers 12,000 square meters, and the total area is 15,000 square meters. This is a place where, decades ago, the famous spa resort “Mziuri” was located. Makhinjauri is hypsometrically located at 15-100 meters above sea level, where the microclimate and sub-thermal mineral water were used by the locals at the beginning of the 20th century for the treatment of various illnesses. Since 2019, Mziuri has gained new life and, in addition to a residential and hotel space, it will also offer medical and leisure services to those who want to unwind.
