The Background:
At the end of 2014 MRMU secured an option on a 1.2 acre brownfield site on the edge of Wadebridge in Cornwall.
The Development:
The 66-bed, three-storey, Premier Inn, caters to the needs of both leisure and business travellers. The hotel has breakfast and bar facilities for use of the guests.
The Result:
The development cost in the region of £5 million and is now complete.
