MRMU Ltd acquired the site of a former jewellery store on the main route into Newquay in 2005.
The Development:
Planning permission was obtained for a Hotel and Public house. The entire building was pre-let to Whitbread plc.
The Result:
The scheme was completed in August 2008 and sold to a private trust in July 2010.
