The complex is located on a predominately residential area off Lisieux Way on the eastern fringes of Taunton town centre, close to the A38 which links to Junction 25 of the M5 motorway
The Background
MRMU has carried out a £1.2 million total refurbishment program of this former manufacturing complex to create high quality industrial and office accommodation.
The Development:
MRMU has created 20,000ft² of the highest industrial standard accommodation on behalf of Somerset West & Taunton Council, which owns the building. The aim was for the site to become a centre for blue-chip manufacturing and high-end employment.
The refurbishment started in February 2019 and was completed in August 2019.
